Many applications that need to be submitted to the USCIS can be done by the individual him/herself. However, it may be recommended in some cases to obtain help, even for a simple filing as a returned application will only add weeks to the filing process. We provide our immigration service on a flat fee basis. Our current fee for Family Based Green Card Application is $400 plus $100 per child included in the application (if applicable). The Family Based Green Card application includes application for Green Card, Advance Parole and Employment Authorization Card. USCIS fees are NOT included.
For Naturalization and Visa Extension and Green Card related services the fee is $100 plus $50 per child included in the application (if applicable). USCIS fees are not included.
